Big Bag Filling System
- The big bag weighing and filling system manufactured by Cybernetik Technologies consists of a rigid frame and a pneumatically activated bag lowering/raising arrangement with mouth clamping. The bag holder with the associated assemblies is supported on a frame mounted on four load cells.
- A feed regulating valve is installed to control the feed. A push button station equipped with a weighing indicator is placed in the vicinity of system. The operator has to hook the four cross loops of the empty jumbo bag and can operate the system with the push button station provided on the control panel. An auto/manual selector switch is also provided for operation of the system in the required mode.
